Please contact customer service for returns and exchanges.
What can be returned: Only items that are faulty/damaged may be returned. Exchanges can be made or with store credit. We do not refund for change of mind on products.
Aluminus stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. We will refund or replace the full price item or order produced, excluding postage and processing costs.
